Prices, shipping and delivery information

The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components.

We deliver only within Germany and Austria.

In addition to the prices quoted, we charge a flat rate of [6.90 Euro per order] for delivery within Germany and Austria. The shipping costs are clearly communicated to you in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

When paying by cash on delivery, an additional fee of [2, – Euro] is due, which raises the deliverer on site. [Further taxes or costs will not be incurred]

For digital content (e-books, software, etc.) there are no shipping costs.

[Note to dealer: The following is necessary if you specify a shipping fee. Otherwise you can remove the passage]

The shipping fee is [specify shipping cost flat rate] Euro. The shipping fee includes VAT. Since VAT is calculated on the flat rate depending on the purchased goods, it can be reduced if goods are purchased at lower VAT rates (for example, when books are purchased). This means that the shipping fee can only be finally calculated during the ordering process. However, it can not be higher, but lower only in your favor.
